Public offer

1. General

This document is a public offer by «OLIMDJON» MChJ (tax ID 312200733, the "Provider") to any person (the "User") under Article 367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Paying for a plan means the User fully accepts this offer. No separate written agreement is needed.

The service is provided as "Maxsus Avto Kurs" through maxsusavto.uz and the mobile app.

2. Subject

For the length of the chosen plan, the Provider gives the User access to online driving-licence exam preparation: exam tickets, road signs, video lessons, the exam simulator and mistakes practice.

Every plan unlocks every feature; plans differ only in length.

Practical driving lessons at the school are not part of this offer and are provided under a separate agreement.

The Provider does not guarantee that the User passes the state exam.

3. Price and payment

Plan prices are shown in soʻm on maxsusavto.uz (VAT included).

Payment is made through Payme or Click. Any payment-system fee is charged under the terms between the User and that payment system.

The price is the one at the moment of payment. The Provider may change prices; this does not affect plans already paid for.

4. Providing the service

Access opens automatically once the payment is confirmed, on the account linked to the User's phone number.

A plan runs from the moment access opens. A plan paid before the current one ends starts when the current one ends.

Only the User may use the account; passing on or selling access is forbidden.

The Provider may briefly pause the service for maintenance.

5. Refunds

• if the payment went through but access did not open through the Provider's fault, the full amount is refunded;
• a double payment or an overpayment is refunded;
• in all other cases, money is not refunded once access has opened;

Send refund requests to the contacts below. Money is returned within 10 working days to the card or wallet used to pay; the related access is closed.

6. Liability

The Provider is not liable for failures of the User's device, internet connection or third-party services (payment systems, app stores).

The User agrees not to copy, distribute or commercially use the materials.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy (maxsusavto.uz/en/privacy).

8. Disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation, or failing that, in court under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
