Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Data controller: «OLIMDJON» MChJ (Maxsus Avto Kurs driving school, Farg'ona viloyati, Qo'qon shahri, Chorsu ko'chasi, 89B-uy). This policy covers the maxsusavto.uz website and the Maxsus Avto Kurs mobile app for driving licence exam preparation.

2. What we collect

Through the lead form on the website:

• name, phone number, chosen plan and language;
• your consent to data processing.

In the mobile app:

• phone number (used to sign in) and name;
• install ID, device platform (iOS or Android) and push token;
• your practice and exam attempts and progress;
• payment requests and the receipt image you upload;
• your access and plan history.

Automatically: server logs with your IP address, used for security and rate limiting.

3. Why we use it

• signing you in through the Telegram bot (you share your phone number) or with a code;
• providing exam preparation and saving your progress;
• granting access and accepting payment: online through Payme or Click, or by card transfer with manual receipt review;
• sending notifications about access, payments and plan expiry;
• calling or messaging you about a request from the website;
• preventing abuse and fraud.

4. Who receives it

We do not sell personal data. We use services that process data on our behalf:

• Telegram: sign-in through our bot @maxsusavto_bot (it receives the phone number you share) or a code sent through Telegram Gateway; copies of your notifications arrive in your chat with the bot; staff alerts go to a private Telegram group (they may include name, phone, plan and receipt);
• Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service: delivery of push notifications;
• Cloudflare: delivery of question images and public content;
• Payme and Click: online payments; you enter card details on their page, and we never receive or store them.
• We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Where data is stored

The website, the server and personal data (accounts, requests, receipts, online orders) are hosted on servers in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (ACDN). Public content such as question images is delivered through Cloudflare and contains no personal data.

6. How long we keep it

• account data: while the account exists;
• receipts: up to 1 year, for payment records;
• website leads: until processed, then as long as needed for follow-up;
• server logs: a short time.

7. Your rights

Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” you may access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, and complain to the authorised body. To use these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Children

The service is for people preparing for a driving licence. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you think such data reached us, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Ads and analytics

We do not sell data or use it for advertising tracking. The website has no analytics or advertising scripts.
